The social night was held on the 15th December 2000 at the usual meeting venue. This is the main event in the calendar where members can take along friends for a social evening where the only forbidden subject of discussion is amateur radio! Perks of the evening included free drinks and food throughout the night. Musical accompaniment was graciously provided by John GM0KTO and his band, who provided an excellent concert.
