I passed the Radio Amateurs' Exam in May 1988, then the Morse Test in December 1998. My first HF (Shortwave) contact was in January 1989. My radio autobiography appeared in 'Radio Bygones' March/April 2000 under the title 'What are the wild waves saying?'
I'm the editor of the FM News (publication of the Central Scotland FM Group)
